A parent recently shared a story with one of our staff members that brought joy to my heart. She said, “What do you mean you’re not sure what school you’re bringing your daughter to? Burkevale is the best and only school to send your kids. There really is no other choice if you want the most caring environment and staff, and the best education around.” For years, I have felt this way about our staff and students, and it’s fantastic to hear it echoed by our parent community. Thank you!

March 2026 Newsletter

The 78th annual Winterama festivities and parade took place over the Family Day weekend, and students and staff entered a Burkevale Float with the theme of “Love My Community.” A special thanks goes to Ms. Cameron, Ms. Currie, Ms. Rever, and Ms. Lethbridge for designing the float, as well as to all of the students and families who were a part of the day. The float looked amazing, and we were so proud of its first place finish once again! A huge thank you is also due to Towne Towing in Midland for generously donating the driver, truck, and trailer for the parade.
