Spring officially arrived on March 20th, but with the temperature being -21 today, you would not know it is here.  Luckily, the sunshine is just around the corner, as we are anxiously awaiting the warmer weather.  When I think about spring, I think about fresh starts, and a new chapter.  New buds will soon be appearing on trees, and spring flowers will be popping up.

March 2026 Newsletter

The 78th annual Winterama festivities and parade took place over the Family Day weekend, and students and staff entered a Burkevale Float with the theme of “Love My Community.” A special thanks goes to Ms. Cameron, Ms. Currie, Ms. Rever, and Ms. Lethbridge for designing the float, as well as to all of the students and families who were a part of the day. The float looked amazing, and we were so proud of its first place finish once again! A huge thank you is also due to Towne Towing in Midland for generously donating the driver, truck, and trailer for the parade.
